319 Crew is here to provide fun t-shirts solely designed by local artist with meaning and soul.

It all started when I was in high school. I printed 12 shirts that featured two guns and a bold "319 Crew" nestled inbetween. The shirts were printed as a way to revitalize our rich punk/hardcore music scene in Cedar Falls, IA and to show our "tough-guy" pride of where we lived (the whole tough-guy thing wasn't really us, we just felt tough when we wore the shirts). From our small group of friends sporting the pride, and tagging 319 wherever we went, our brand quickly grew into much more. Soon we were printing multiple designs and hooded sweatshirts and selling them at shows, at school and even at Christian music festivals in other states.



It's been a few years, but the purpose of this site is to keep the 319 Crew alive. Whether you live in Iowa or you're in a band and you've played a show here, 319 Crew is about taking part in something not sold in stores. It's about supporting local graphic designers, supporting limited edition screen printing and being proud of your roots.

Bryan McCarty makes his home in Cedar Falls, IA with his wife Ashley. He graduated with a B.A. in communication arts in 2007 and has a passion for all things design. When he’s not selling 319 shirts or working full-time as a copywriter for Mudd Advertising, he enjoys running, biking, digital arts, and soy hot chocolate.
